HELLBOY BELT
Making the HELLBOY BELT Belt assembly in pieces
Belt assembly together, center loop holds the two belts together. the horse shoe is made of wood!, I scored it at a second hand thrift store for $1.99 . Craft stores may carry them for tole painting, it's really light and looks like metal when done up.
Belt assembly materials, mostly old belts bought at second
I used cardboard to make the pouch
I covered the carboard with fake 'leather look' vinyl table cloth material
Used 1/8" Sintra board shaped to fit around gun, then bent up the edges
Check out the picture below, #1 is shown above (in the photo) , #2 is taking the back Sintra part and heating it up, then contouring it to fit the shape of the the gun, so the revolver and trigger part fit snug #3 Shows the front being covered with the fake leather material, the gun is not shown in the picture but should be in the holder while you measure off how much material to cut (so it will reach around the whole gun diameter), I hot-glued it on #4 Just shows the back part and how the flap is attached, make sure gun is in when measuring flap (I just doubled up the leather material, glued it and cut out the shape) a belt loop was added later to attach to the belt, see other pics.
FRONT
BACK
Back view of the belt with the emblem (carved Sintra board), I cut off the original belt buckle and added the plastic clip on's... easy on and off.
thats all I got for ya.
